My baby bread... SWEET HAWAIIAN

I haven't been to this side of the quadrant,  but somehow, I am determined to make a comeback.

I have been up to a zillion stuff peeps.

Let me share with you, out of a zillion stuff that have been keeping me busy...this is one of my majorrrrr achievements. It could be one of the oldest trades & traditions since the civilisation of mankind, but I admit it, I'm a late bloomer; always.

And so, I just picked up bread baking ....

Much to my delight, it turned up fluffy and creamy. A slice can never be enough ..... bread my day !!

SWEET HAWAIIAN BREAD
(Loaf size: 1.5 lb or 750 gm / Bread maker)

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup pineapple juice (from carton OR canned pineapple cubes)
1 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (Sunflower / Canola / Olive)
2 1/2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 teaspoons fast rising yeast or 2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast

DIRECTIONS
1. Place ingredients in bread machine container in order directed by manufacturer.
2. Cycle: white, sweet, no timer.
3. Setting: light.

** Oh by the way, many thanks to my bread maker / machine, I'd say it is one of my cool acquisitions after Prada. I am convinced, my bread maker & me gonna be bff... if not now, very, very soon.

Have a good weekend...and happy trying.
